In other batting news, Kalyn Cooper was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Marissa Batiste, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, North Zulch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 20-0 to Burton.
