The biggest upset of the week belonged to Tullahoma, who took down 118th ranked Franklin County, 28-20. Trey Burks ran for 190 yards in the win.
Columbia Central extended the longest winning streak in AAA District 8 this week by beating Lincoln County, 39-22. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Justin Brown put up the best numbers through the air as the Wildcats bested the Rebels. He finished with a total of six completions for 85 yards and one touchdown. Brown's favorite target this week was Zane Price, who caught three passes for 56 yards.
Josh Whitaker was the best wideout in the league this week as the Falcons fell to Columbia Central. Whitaker racked up three receptions for 63 yards. Jacob Campbell helped Lincoln County's passing attack out by catching two balls for 25 yards.
Tullahoma's Brown and Price have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Brown has thrown for 1273 yards this season, while Price has 30 catches for 422 yards. Koleton Nunley from Franklin County leads the league in rushing with 724 yards.
