Fairview made easy work of Mooreland on Friday and carried off a 34-7 victory. The success made it back-to-back wins for Fairview.
Fairview's offense rushed out of the gates and came up with 21 first-half points. Meanwhile, Mooreland couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 21-0 heading into the break. The Fairview defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The win bumped Fairview's record up to 4-3. Mooreland are on a six-game losing streak that has brought their record down to 1-6.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Fairview take on Beaver at 7:00 PM. Beaver are limping into the match on a seven-game losing streak. As for Mooreland, they will face off against Thomas-Fay-Custer.
