Chester County is 1-6 against Jackson North Side since November of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Chester County Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Jackson North Side Indians at 7:00 p.m. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
Last Friday, it was a hard-fought contest, but Chester County had to settle for a 17-14 loss against Lexington.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Peyton Barham, who rushed for 128 yards. Barham was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 60 yards. Chad Barham also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Jackson North Side lost to South Gibson at home by a decisive 34-20 margin on Friday.
Chester County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Jackson North Side, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Things could have been worse for Chester County, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 69-54 loss to Jackson North Side in their previous matchup back in October of 2020. Can Chester County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
