After flying high against Lab University Prep Regional two weeks ago, Bull City Prep National came back down to earth. The Bull City Prep National Bulls fell just short of the Lab University Prep National Kings by a score of 63-61 on Tuesday. The Bulls' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak dating back to last season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lab University Prep National to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaylen Claggett, who went 8 for 16 on his way to 23 points. Claggett's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mike Strickland, who posted ten points and seven assists.

Bull City Prep National's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lab University Prep National, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Bull City Prep National will face off against Clinton Grace at 12:40 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lab University Prep National, they will host 1 of 1 Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. 1 of 1 Academy will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Lab University Prep National surely won't give up without a fight.
