Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cleveland). They enjoyed a cozy 58-39 victory over the West Johnston Wildcats on Friday. The Rams have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Izzy Sholar was nothing short of spectacular: she dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Martina Paz-Aquino, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.

The win got Cleveland back to even at 3-3. As for West Johnston, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Cleveland will take on Fuquay - Varina in a holiday battle at at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Johnston, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Millbrook at 4:00 p.m. on December 26th.
