Four Corners was led to victory by Karina Cruz and Mia Villanueva. Cruz scored 11 points along with 8 steals and 6 rebounds, while Villanueva scored 11 points along with 9 steals and 6 assists. The match was Cruz's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Briana Carrion, who scored 5 points.
Discovery's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-6. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.0 points per game. As for Four Corners, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
