The Highland Fighting Scots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Ontario Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Highland's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They came out on top against Clear Fork by a score of 21-11.
Dane Nauman continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 210 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. Nauman's longest rush was for an incredible 95 yards.
Meanwhile, Ontario put another one in the bag back in September to keep their undefeated season alive. They blew past Pleasant 45-14 at home. The result was nothing new for Ontario, who have now won six games by 24 points or more so far this season.
Highland now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Ontario, their victory was their fifth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 7-0.
Highland beat Ontario 27-17 in their previous matchup back in September of 2022. Will Highland repeat their success, or does Ontario have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
