Meanwhile, Fort Bend Kempner escaped with a win on Friday against Terry by the margin of a single free throw, 40-39.
Randle pushed their record up to 20-8 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Fort Bend Kempner, their victory bumped their record up to 6-20.
Everything came up roses for Randle against Fort Bend Kempner when the teams last played back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 59-28 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Randle since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
