Middleburgh had lost three games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 11-7 on Sunday that streak is in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Schoharie Storm. Considering the Knights have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Sunday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Schoharie, they moved to 11-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Schoharie's part, Zaiden Baker was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run. Baker has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

As of now, neither Middleburgh nor Schoharie have any future games scheduled.
