John Ward was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with 3 steals. The matchup was his ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hayes Hester, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds.
The win got North Delta back to even at 4-4. As for Central Holmes Christian, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1.
