Andrew Mayes gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Tuesday. Nobody could stop him as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Hopkinsville is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-6 otherwise.

Coming up, Mayes and Hopkinsville will head out on the road to take on Fort Campbell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
