 Skowhegan's win  ended  a  seven-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 2-4. As for Nokomis, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-4.
 Everything came up roses for Skowhegan against Nokomis in their previous matchup  back in September of 2016, as the  squad secured  a  35-0 victory.
