Lighthouse College Prep Academy was led to victory by Steven Thomas and Derek Scott, Jr. Thomas went 6 for 7 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points and 0 assists, while Scott, Jr scored 18 points along with five assists and five steals. The game was Scott, Jr's seventh in a row with at least ten points. DeQuan Jones was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with ten rebounds.
Lighthouse College Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Harlan, they bumped their record down to 1-7 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
