The Tri City Prep Panthers's game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against Orme by a score of 45-37. For Tri City Prep, this counts as revenge for the 61-40 defeat the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Orme lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Preston Tisi, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Bartek Kreglewski, who scored seven points along with two steals and two blocks.
Tri City Prep is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Orme, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.
Tri City Prep will head out on the road to square off against the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orme, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Coyotes at 5:30 p.m. Verde Valley is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
