California City has gone 10-0 against Boron recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The California City Ravens will head out on the road to challenge the Boron Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. California City is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 66.2 points per game this season.
California City took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They blew past Kern Valley 88-64. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Ravens have posted against the Broncs since January 14, 2020.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead California City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Avery 'Skywalker' Spears, who went 8 for 14 on his way to 20 points along with eight boards and three steals. Spears has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times he's played. Cassius 'Hollywood' Brown was another key player, going 8 of 14 en route to 20 points.
Meanwhile, Boron came up short against Bishop Union on Friday and fell 46-36.
California City will have to contain Moses Garcia as he made an impact in Boron's last game. He posted six points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Morgan, who scored five points and six boards.
Even though they lost, Boron smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in six consecutive contests.
Boron has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for California City, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.
Tuesday's contest is shaping up to be a scrappy match: California City hasn't given up the ball easily this season, having only averaged 9.5 turnovers per game. It's a different story for Boron, though, as they've been averaging 23.1 turnovers. Given California City's sizable advantage in that area, Boron will need to find a way to close that gap.
Everything came up roses for California City against Boron when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 103-36 win. In that game, California City amassed a halftime lead of 57-21, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
