After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Evangel Christian, the Edgewood Academy Wildcats were happy to have found some success on Friday. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Edgewood Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brody Whitt, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Brock Whitt, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds.
Edgewood Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Evangel Christian Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8.
