Everything went the Mohave Accelerated Patriots' way against the Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans as the Mohave Accelerated Patriots made off with a 58-36 win. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 22 points or more this season.
Mohave Accelerated was led to victory by Haley Leslie and Katie Farnell. Leslie dropped a double-double on 11 points and 21 boards, while Farnell went 8 of 16 on her way to 18 points along with six assists and six boards. Farnell is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 15 games she's played. Hazel Mae Barnett was another key player, putting up ten points.

Despite the loss, Leading Edge Academy - GEC still got an impressive performance from Hayley Foster, who went 6 of 11 on her way to 18 points along with eight boards and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Corynn Foster, who posted 11 points.
The victory made it two in a row for Mohave Accelerated and bumps their season record up to 10-7. As for Leading Edge Academy - GEC, with the defeat, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-3.
Mohave Accelerated wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 77-14 win against Highland Prep West on the 13th. As for Leading Edge Academy - GEC, they will challenge Arizona Lutheran Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
