Colin Kuruppacherry was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Dylan Diaz, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
Meanwhile, Orangewood Christian had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Eagles. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly nine runs.
Tre Roach made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three doubles.
In other pitching news, Rhys Oldham tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 14 consecutive appearances.
Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Addison Lambert, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
