Leopold barely beat Woodland the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wildcats were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Cardinals on Tuesday. The  victory was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on four straight.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 29-27,  25-17.
 Rylie Schreiner paced Leopold's offense, picking up nine kills. Schreiner got some help from  Ashtyn Van De Ven and her 15 assists. Schreiner also made an impact serving:  she shared the team lead in aces with  Malia VanderMierden, each putting up two.
Leopold's win bumped their record up to 23-4-2. As for Woodland, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11-2 record  this season.
 Leopold didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-0  victory against Marquand-Zion on the 9th. As for Woodland, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bernie at 5:30  p.m.  on  the 20th.
