Northeastern dropped their record down to 10-12 on Wednesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 12-5 to the Greeneview Rams. If the Jets were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to the Rams when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chloe Waugh made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashlynn Bowsher, who went 3-for-5 with two runs.

As for Greeneview, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-7. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won eight matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

On Greeneview's side, the team relied heavily on Rylie Battista, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most stolen bases Battista has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Bella Sutton, who went 3-for-4 with three doubles, three RBI, and one stolen base.

Looking ahead, Northeastern will square off against Catholic Central at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greeneview, they will take on Washington at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
