The Heartland Christian Academy Eagles lost against Christian Fellowship back in January of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Heartland Christian Academy was outmatched by Christian Fellowship on the road and fell 64-29. Heartland Christian Academy has not had much luck with Christian Fellowship recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Despite the loss, Heartland Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Titus Bock, who scored 14 points.
It was another big night for Jake Davis, who scored 24 points for Christian Fellowship. The match was Davis' third in a row with at least ten points. Brendan Royer was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds.
Heartland Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Christian Fellowship, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heartland Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sunnydale Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. Christian Fellowship will be home for the holidays to greet Liberty Christian Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Liberty Christian Academy is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
