The Mt. Eden Monarchs will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Encinal Jets at 7:00 p.m. Mt. Eden will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Even though Tennyson scored an imposing 57 points on Thursday, Mt. Eden still came out on top. Mt. Eden walked away with a 64-57 win over the Lancers.
Encinal played against the Hornets and lost via forfeit.
Mt. Eden is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season. As for Encinal, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-16.
Mt. Eden came out on top in a nail-biter against the Jets in their previous matchup back in January, sneaking past 50-47. Will Mt. Eden repeat their success, or do the Jets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
