Maysville got themselves on the board against Grandfield on Friday, but Grandfield never followed suit. Maysville were fully in charge, breezing past Grandfield 48-0.
The win got Maysville back to even at 3-3. Grandfield are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Next week Maysville take on Mountain View-Gotebo at 7:00 PM. Mountain View-Gotebo took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Maysville's good fortune. Grandfield will take on Tipton at home at 7:00 PM. Tipton have averaged 47 points over the course of their past four games, so Grandfield might be in for a challenge.
