Mount Miguel's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Eastlake,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 4-5.
 Mount Miguel won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Otay Ranch  at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Mount Miguel is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.5  points per game  this season. As for Eastlake, they and Southwest SD will face off  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Eastlake knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Southwest SD likes a good challenge.
