The biggest upset of the week belonged to Monta Vista, who took down 532nd ranked Fremont, 42-28. Justin Cena ran for 100 yards in the win.
Gunn was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to third in El Camino. The Titans vanquished Lynbrook 20-12 earlier in the week.
Harker's dynamic duo of Spenser Quash and Kevin Moss proved tough for Cupertino to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Quash threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns and Moss had 68 yards receiving. Robert Deng helped Harker's passing attack out by catching four balls for 62 yards.
The Eagles' Quash and Deng have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Quash has thrown for 1157 yards this season, while Deng has 23 catches for 372 yards. Nathan Facciolla from the Matadors leads the league in rushing with 489 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Los Altos takes on the Pioneers. At the moment, the Eagles are in seventh, while Cupertino is in first.
Chris Oswald 's team extended the longest winning streak in El Camino this week by beating Harker, 40-13. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
