A well-balanced attack led the Thomasville Bulldogs over the Brooks County Trojans in every quarter on their way to victory on Wednesday. Thomasville strolled past Brooks County with points to spare, taking the game 55-37. The win made it back-to-back wins for Thomasville.
Rhaniya Wilson was the offensive standout of the matchup as she scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kennedy Hayes, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and seven assists.
Thomasville's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-11. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Brooks County, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
Thomasville will head out on the road to face off against Monroe at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Monroe has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Brooks County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bacon County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Bacon County focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 last Saturday.
