Christian Academy of Knoxville's hitters rose to the challenge against an Eagles pitching crew that boasted an average of only 3.69 runs allowed on Friday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Eagleville Eagles. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 11 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Christian Academy of Knoxville got a massive performance out of Tyler Bennett, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run. Those two doubles gave Bennett a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Seaton Moffett, who scored three runs while going 3-for-3.

Christian Academy of Knoxville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .552. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Eagleville only posted an OBP of .375.

Christian Academy of Knoxville's win bumped their record up to 16-6-1. As for Eagleville, with the loss, they broke their 12-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian Academy of Knoxville will face off against Middle Tennessee Christian at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Eagleville, they will welcome Noblesville at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
