Florala took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed two weeks ago. Everything went their way against Samson as Florala made off with a 20-6 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Wildcats needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.
Paige Musso made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). That's the fewest hits she has allowed since back in February. She was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
