Defeat or not, Florida State University High School got some senior leadership from Micah Evora and Taylor Hackett. Evora scored 22 points along with four steals, while Hackett. scored 17 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Leviah Henry was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with nine rebounds.
Florida State University High School's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Pace, they pushed their record up to 16-4 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Florida State University High School will square off against Crossroad Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Crossroad Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Pace on the road again on Saturday and play against Niceville at 1:30 p.m. on January 27th. Niceville will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
