Mikaili Taylor continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a triple-double on 24 points, ten rebounds, and nine assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jahquori Lombrage was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with nine rebounds and six assists.
North Miami posted their biggest win since November 27, 2023 on Thursday. They blew past Mourning 73-37 at home. North Miami has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 30 points or more this season.
Carol City's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for North Miami, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.
Things could have been worse for Carol City, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 78-62 loss to North Miami in their previous matchup back in January of 2022. Thankfully for Carol City, Jermaine Freeman III (who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
