The Wickenburg Christian Academy Lion stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They blew past BASIS - Prescott, posting a 56-20 victory at home. The win was familiar territory for Wickenburg Christian Academy who now have three in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wickenburg Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Evan Gustin, who scored 16 points along with three steals. Gustin hasn't dropped below two steals for nine straight games. Justen Smith was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five steals.
Wickenburg Christian Academy's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38 points. As for BASIS - Prescott, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wickenburg Christian Academy has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. BASIS - Prescott will take on the at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
