Farragut had won three straight games and Parker Lane did his part to make it four on Monday. The Admirals put the hurt on the Karns Beavers with a sharp 69-48 victory thanks in part to Lane, who went 8-for-15 on his way to 25 points and four steals. The matchup was his sixth in a row with at least 19 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Reid Vining, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 13 boards. He has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 56% every time he's hit the court this season.

Farragut's record now sits at 4-0. As for Karns, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Farragut and First Baptist Academy will face off at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. As for Karns, they and Seymour will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. The Beavers will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
