Notre Dame had won five straight games dating back to last season and Sofia Falleti did her part to make it six on Saturday. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish walked away with a 54-47 victory over the Williamsville North Spartans thanks in part to Falleti, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 16 boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Notre Dame's points.

Gianna Falleti was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 11 points and nine boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rebounds.

Notre Dame's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Williamsville North, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Notre Dame will head out to face off against Elba at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Williamsville North, they will venture away from home to square off against Clarence at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
