There's no place like home for Candor, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the Newark Valley Cardinals on Tuesday as they made off with a 6-2 victory. With Candor ahead 3-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Candor's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Newark Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Candor will head out to take on Dryden at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Candor are facing Dryden at the right time seeing as Dryden are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Newark Valley, they will face off against Marathon at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Marathon's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Newark Valley's offense will have their work cut out for them.
