The Bruce Randolph Grizzlies's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a serious blow against Stargate School, falling 73-24. Bruce Randolph was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-9.
Among those leading the charge was Hunter Roark, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Perkins, who scored 16 points.
Bruce Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Stargate School, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Bruce Randolph will face off against Skyview at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Skyview focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Tuesday. Stargate School will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Thornton at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Colorado (Thornton is ranked 120th, while Stargate School is ranked 97th).
