Evadale came out on top against Spurger on Friday thanks in part to Cooper Palmer's efforts. Palmer was unstoppable, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He has become a key player for Evadale: the team is 4-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 5-8 otherwise.
