The Tipton Cardinals put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down Farmington 54-38. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Tipton has scored all season.
Tipton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Clara Williams out in front who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. The game was Williams' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ava Schlotzhauer, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Tipton's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Farmington, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-1.
Tipton will head out on the road to face off against Skyline at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Farmington will be home for the holidays to greet South Iron at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st.
