Browder was  his usual excellent self,  going 14 for 20  en route to 30 points along with five  boards and three  steals. His evening made it 11 games in a row in which  he has scored at least ten points.  Gregory Dotson was another key player,  going 5 of 9  on his way to 13  points in addition to six  rebounds and four  steals.
 Hammond Central  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 18  offensive rebounds. That's the most  offensive boards they've managed all season.
 Hammond Bishop Noll fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back  victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against Illiana Christian by a score of  61-48  on Thursday.
 Hammond Bishop Noll's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Hammond Central, their victory  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 6-10.
