Weldon came out on top against Southeast Halifax on Thursday thanks in part to Kearii Edwards's efforts. Edwards wasn't messing around, scoring a run and stealing three bases while getting on base in two of her six plate appearances. The game was her fourth straight with three or more stolen bases.

Edwards and Weldon will challenge Wilson Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
