There's no place like home for the Bonney Lake Panthers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 62-29 victory over Enumclaw at home. With that win, Bonney Lake brought their scoring average up to 52.5 points per game.
Jazmyn Shipp was on fire: she dropped a double-double on 28 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Bonney Lake's points. Another player making a difference was Ava Rice, who scored 13 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 steals.
The win got Bonney Lake back to even at 1-1. As for Enumclaw, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Bonney Lake will look to defend their home court on December 8th against Lakes at 7:30 p.m. Enumclaw will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Clover Park at 7:00 p.m. on December 13th.
