Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Union County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Thomas Williams , who scored 28 points along with eight steals. Those eight steals set a new season-high mark for him. Gavin Jenkins was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
The victory was the third in a row for Union County, bringing their record for this year to 6-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. As for Hamilton County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
