Hammond has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Fontainebleau Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
Last Friday, Hammond came up short against East Ascension and fell 52-41.
Meanwhile, Fontainebleau earned a 53-46 victory over Live Oak on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Fontainebleau.
Isabelle Chevalier was her usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Annalise Shidel, who scored ten points along with eight steals.
Hammond's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 12-9. As for Fontainebleau, their win bumped their record up to 18-6.
Hammond came up short against Fontainebleau when the teams last played two weeks ago, falling 46-41. Can Hammond avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
