The Highmore/Harrold Pirates can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They breezed by Sunshine Bible Academy on the road to the tune of 65-34. That looming 65-34 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Highmore/Harrold yet this season.
Sunshine Bible Academy's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Dominic Kalacinski, who scored 16 points along with five steals and two blocks, and Trey Thieman who scored ten points along with five steals. That's the first time this season that Kalacinski posted two or more blocks.
Highmore/Harrold's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Sunshine Bible Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
Highmore/Harrold on the road again on Thursday and play against Hitchcock-Tulare at 1:30 p.m. on January 18th. As for Sunshine Bible Academy, Sunshine Bible Academy and Iroquois/Lake Preston will face off at 10:30 a.m. on January 18th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Iroquois/Lake Preston has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 8.
