After failing to score in their last game, the Christian Heritage Lions made sure to put some goals up on the board against the Temple Tigers on Friday. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 10-4 win. It was an even better day for Jose Ojeda as he scored three goals for his team.
The victory got Christian Heritage back to even at 1-1. As for Temple, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Heritage will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Temple will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Armuchee at 4:00 p.m. on February 13th.
