Brooks got themselves on the board against Coffeeville last Friday, but Coffeeville never followed suit. Brooks were fully in charge, breezing past Coffeeville 50-0. Followers of Brooks probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.
Meanwhile, East Webster have to be aching after a bruising 6-35 defeat to Calhoun City.
Brooks's win lifted them to 6-1 while East Webster's loss dropped them down to 4-4. We'll find out if Brooks can add another positive mark to their record or if East Webster can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Brooks's step.
