Two dominant in Cadence Kasprick and Kira Grant are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Grand County Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Duchesne Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, Grand County earned a 46-38 victory over San Juan. The win made it back-to-back wins for Grand County.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Grand County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Trinity Bryant, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Kasprick was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with nine steals and five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Duchesne didn't have too much trouble with North Sevier at home on Thursday as they won 62-44.
Grand County has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Duchesne, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
Grand County ended up a good deal behind Duchesne in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, losing 63-48. Thankfully for Grand County, Kelsey Grant (who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
