The Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES won the last time they faced the Craig County Rockets, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Roanoke Valley Christian came out on top against Craig County by a score of 41-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Roanoke Valley Christian.
Roanoke Valley Christian can attribute much of their success to Jeremy Chou, who scored 12 points along with 6 steals. Alex Nelson was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 6 rebounds.
The win got Roanoke Valley Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Craig County, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roanoke Valley Christian will take on Westover Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Westover Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 last Friday. As for Craig County, they will play host again and welcome Highland, where tip off is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
