After losing to MTI School of Knowledge the last time they met, the GEO Next Generation Eagles decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. GEO Next Generation enjoyed a cozy 51-37 win over MTI School of Knowledge on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for GEO Next Generation.
GEO Next Generation's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Antonio Wilson Jr., who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was De'Shon Fleming, who scored ten points.
GEO Next Generation's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-1. As for MTI School of Knowledge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
GEO Next Generation will head out on the road to face off against International at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. MTI School of Knowledge will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Indianapolis Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on December 22nd.
