Jaylen Patterson Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, San Jacinto got the W thanks in part to Jaylen Patterson playing the best football he has all season. Patterson rushed for 105 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 162 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 passes.
The win (which was San Jacinto's sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Patterson and San Jacinto will head out on the road to face off against Elsinore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jeremiah Brown was instrumental in extending San Jacinto's winning streak to six on Friday. Tahquitz had no answer to Brown as he picked up three sacks, forced a fumble, and made nine total tackles (4.0 for loss).
Brown must have Tahquitz's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Brown made eight total tackles and defended three passes in addition to snagging two interceptions the last time he and the Titans duked it out back in October of 2023.

San Jacinto picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jomini Ransom. Nobody could stop Ransom as he rushed for 77 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
On the season, Ransom has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 101.3 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 5.43 rushing yards per game.

Guerrero Came Up Big in Temescal Canyon's 14-0 Win
